Catalase Enzyme is used diagnostic enzymes. The coupling reaction is used to measure glucose and the like. The food is preserved and decomposed with hydrogen peroxide. 
Catalase Enzyme is biochemical reagent,also often used in the laboratory as a tool to understand the effect of enzymes on the rate of reaction.
Catalase enzyme in textile market is used to decompose hydrogen peroxide after bleaching cellulosics. It breaks down two moles of hydrogen and one mole of oxygen of the hydrogen peroxide. It can be used as rinsing agent of the dyes, chemicals and dyebaths through the aid of acetic acids. It furnishes short processing cycles, increased productivity, educed water consumption and lessen effluent discharges when used as rinsing agent in dyed fabrics.
Catalase Enzyme is used in the food industry to remove hydrogen peroxide from milk used to make cheese.
