Description About SAPO-11:
SAPO-11 molecular sieve is composed of PO2, ALO2, SIO2 three tetrahedron connected with each other, with oxygen octagonal ring composed of ellipsoidal cage, round or wrinkled structure, the aperture diameter is maintained at between 0.43-0.50nm .
SAPO-11 molecular sieve has a one-dimensional pore structure composed of ten-membered ring, with low cracking and deuteration activity, high isomerization and alkylation activity and excellent anti-carbonation performance; for xylene isomerization, toluene The methylation reaction has a high para-selectivity. It can be used as an active component and a carrier of a catalyst in a reaction such as isomerization dewaxing, selective hydrogenation and cracking, aldol condensation or the like.
Due to its weak acidity and suitable pore size, SAPO-11 has high activity and selectivity in the reaction of n-butene isomerization and long-chain normal paraffin hydroisomerization, which improves the gasoline octane number in catalytic cracking.
